the key collection and drop off process was super easy. the apartment itself was beautifully decorated, and the communication with the host was quick, efficient, and consistent. It was well-equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery, and the shower was great. Despite being in the city center, it was reasonably quiet. the apartment is managed by a responsive and helpful company, who were great at answering any queries before my visit. it was a clean and comfortable stay, and I would happily return. Best aspects of the stay were the great layout and design of the apartment. The kitchen and living area were perfect for socializing with friends. We also appreciated the unexpected extras that were provided in the apartment. Additionally, the location of the apartment was ideal, with shops and main attractions nearby.
Worst aspects of the stay were the issues with the broken sofa bed and the lack of proper compensation for it. The noise detector in the apartment also caused unnecessary fuss, picking up even minor sounds during the day.
